Eagle Encounters started hang gliding instruction in 1986. Ever since, we have prided ourselves with quality training, always putting safety and enjoyment first - before financial interests! We are proud of our training history and intend to keep it that way! Johan Anderson, our CFI has been at the front of the school all the time and brings along expertise that only comes with years of experience.

Eagle Encounters offers you a variety of courses. All are designed from years of experience in gathering information on pilot needs, making your progress faster and more enjoyable. It is thus with pride and pleasure that we are able to offer you the following! 1) Novice Pilot Rating 2) A-Rating or Basic Pilot Rating (Club pilot) 3) Half day intro courses 4) Tandem introductory flights 5) Advanced training (See the reservations menu for more details of the courses) We also offer: Full time and part time training * Provision of all lecture notes, course manuals and certificates. * Provision of all training equipment. * Ground based simulator. * Two way radio’s used * Tuition from novice to competition standards. * Tandem introductory flights. * SAHPA and Aero club membership * Third party liability cover * |
